Thekoi Sushi & Sake Bar in Bellevue is a hospitality project where warmth does the work: curved banquettes, wood slat paneling, and wallpaper that gives the dining room depth.

Rattan pendants and wireless table lamps keep every table inviting after dark, from the banquettes to the vintage dining corner.
