Privacy Policy

The only personal information this site asks for is what you type into a contact or consultation form: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, and whatever you choose to write about your project.

We use it for one purpose: to reply to you and, if you become a client, to carry out the design work. We keep enquiries for as long as they are commercially useful and delete them on request.

Like most websites, this one records standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived (for example, from a Google search or a Google ad). This is aggregate measurement, not an attempt to identify you personally.

We use it to understand which pages are useful and whether our advertising is working.

This site uses the following third parties, each with its own privacy policy:

Google Analytics, to measure site usage. Google Ads, to measure whether visits that began with one of our ads led to an enquiry. Cloudflare, which hosts and serves this website. EmailJS, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.

Google sets cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and you can control ad personalisation in your Google account settings. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you using this site.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not run a newsletter or add you to a mailing list from a project enquiry. We do not take payments on this website. We do not ask for, or want, sensitive personal information through the contact form.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email nucurations@gmail.com and we will act on it.

Washington residents, and residents of states with comparable privacy laws such as California, have these rights by statute. We apply them to everyone who asks, regardless of where you live.

This site is intended for adults engaging a design studio. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
