Why Kirkland homeowners choose NU Curations
Kirkland is not one housing stock, it is five or six. Norkirk and Market hold prewar and midcentury homes with real character and rooms that were drawn before open plans existed, which makes space planning the first conversation rather than the last. Juanita and Houghton run heavily to 1960s and 1970s houses, many angled toward Lake Washington, where the furniture plan has to protect the sightline that makes the room worth sitting in. Finn Hill lots are wooded and green year round, beautiful in June and genuinely dark in January.
